I'm María Paz, the person behind the lens. For years I dreamed of dedicating myself to this art: capturing real and meaningful moments. Today I do it with my heart in every story. My work focuses on portraits, lifestyle photography for brands, events, and weddings. As a trained English teacher, I combine my love for education, communication, and creativity in this project.

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
My specialty is working with natural light. I make minor edits, without significantly altering the image. I like to blend into the audience to capture details. I believe in working respectfully and ethically, without altering the moment. I'm interested in the practice of ethical photography when documenting people and communities.
I began my career in Toronto, Canada, as a wedding and event photographer. There, I honed a natural and adaptable style, perfectly suited to the demands of the big city. Now, near the sea, my creativity flows every day, surrounded by nature and capturing stories in this place I now call home.
